Padrón de Empadronamiento

If you have previously registered at the Chiclana census office it is important that you check to see if your Padrón documents need to be renewed. Being registered gives you important benefits and also helps with the allocation of funding to the local area by central government. The padrón needs to be renewed every 5 years.

ChiFRA has been informed by Stefan Schauer, the city councillor for foreign residents, that all residents who have not renewed their documents by the end of June will be unsubscribed from the register.

To check your status you can go to the Department "Estadisticas” at the Town Hall which is located on the ground level. To renew your Padrón registration just  take your original Padrón cerificate and fill in the renewal form.

Click here to read all about the Padrón de Empadronamiento and why it is important to register.
