AFO Meeting

I have arranged for JA the ChiFRA solicitor to explain about the costs of proceeding with an AFO application on Wednesday 19th February 2020 at 6pm in the Venta El Florín, Ctra Fuenta Amarga, Chiclana.

Hi Folks, 

From 00.01 Tuesday morning 10th November 2020 we are in a new lockdown as follows: 

The entry and exit of all municipalities covered by the provinces of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia is restricted, except for those trips justified for the reasons indicated

a)      Assistance to health centres, services and facilities.

b)      Compliance with labour, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations.

c)      Attendance at university, teaching and educational centres, including children's schools.

d)      Return to the place of habitual or family residence.

e)      Assistance and care for adults, minors, dependents, persons with disabilities or particularly vulnerable persons.

f)       Displacement to financial and insurance institutions or refuelling stations in neighbouring territories.

g)      Actions required or urgent before public, judicial or notary bodies.

h)      Renewals of permits and official documentation, as well as other non-deferrable administrative procedures.

i)       Conducting non-deferred official examinations or tests.

j)       Displacement for the realization of harvesting events in orchards by their owners or tenants, as well as the care and feeding of pets.

k)      Displacement for the purchase of food products by those who are habitually resident in localities that, being otherwise municipal, lack establishments that allow the purchase of such products and are localities bordering the municipalities with mobility limitation.

l)       Assistance to veterinary care centres for emergencies.

m)   Displacement of athletes of absolute category, high level or high performance, coaches, judges or federated referees, for the sports activities of official competitions that are authorized at all times by the health authorities, which will be accredited by sports license or federal certificate.

n)      Because of force majeure or situation of need.

o)      any other activity of similar nature, duly accredited.
